structure, with 10% upfront and 90% at risk, meaning
we aren’t fully paid until a successful candidate
is placed.

further ensure the search and placement are successful,
we offer the following complimentary consulting services
to all candidates we place:

client)

Once a
mutual interest is established between the client and
candidate(s), we become facilitators. Your Zenzola
Group Consultant will assist in all aspects of the
search process and will help identify any problems
that may arise, working with both parties to resolve
them. We don’t
rest until the perfect candidate is found, placed and
is successful in their new role.
Cultural Fit Expertise
Zenzola Group’s Consultants are experts in identifying
matches on performance metrics and cultural fit. Our

be crafted for your open positions, which helps you articulate

Candidate Rating Analysis
Zenzola Group rates each and every candidate before
they are presented to the client. Only candidates
rating a threshold value continue through the interview
process, allowing all of our clients to spend their valuable
time only with highly-qualified people.
