Performance-Based Fees

Zenzola Group offers clients a risk-based fee structure, with 10% upfront and 90% at risk, meaning we aren’t fully paid until a successful candidate is placed.

How do we ensure success?

An equal half to the equation for success is the candidates.  To further ensure the search and placement are successful, we offer the following complimentary consulting services to all candidates we place:

  • Interviewing consultations
  • Negotiation mediation (for both the candidate and client)
  • Placement assistance
  • Personal interest, life-balance and culture fit assistance
  • Job satisfaction and success follow-through

Once a mutual interest is established between the client and candidate(s), we become facilitators. Your Zenzola Group Consultant will assist in all aspects of the search process and will help identify any problems that may arise, working with both parties to resolve them.  We don’t rest until the perfect candidate is found, placed and is successful in their new role.

Cultural Fit Expertise

Zenzola Group’s Consultants are experts in identifying matches on performance metrics and cultural fit.  Our expertise in international culture fits and the importance of compatibility both provide further backing to our performance based fee structure.  We have over 30 years experience with international and executive assignments.

Additionally, a performance profile assessment will be crafted for your open positions, which helps you articulate exactly what you’re looking for – something a standard job description cannot do.  Once a performance profile is crafted for your position, Zenzola Group finds the right candidate that will perform to your expectations and to satisfy all requirements of the position.

While we’re in initial conversations with the pool of candidates, we’re asking them specific questions related to culture fit and performance expectations.  This help ensures a perfect match both culturally and for the performance expectations for the position.

Candidate Rating Analysis

Zenzola Group rates each and every candidate before they are presented to the client.  Only candidates rating a threshold value continue through the interview process, allowing all of our clients to spend their valuable time only with highly-qualified people.
