Our Team

Ed Zenzola, President
Ed has over 30 years experience in domestic and international assignments including executive management, marketing and sales, business development and financial management, most recently as president of an $800-million autonomous Asia division of a multinational $4-billion Fortune 500 company. Ed has developed and staffed organizations in Europe, Asia and the United States including the implementation of company integration plans following merger and acquisition. Having had leadership and management responsibility for an international staff of 500 people, as well as P&L responsibility, Ed has first-hand knowledge and appreciation of the challenges facing business executives and managers, particularly in regard to staffing. Ed’s international experience has heightened his sensitivity of cultural fit in team building even as it applies to domestic organizations. This insight is invaluable in going beyond the position requirements, recognizing the importance of compatibility within an organization’s culture.

With Ed’s multi-disciplinary management experience, coupled with his professional ethics, you will be working with someone who not only understands all aspects of your business, but someone you can trust to find the right person for the right job.

Pam Zenzola, Vice President
After 20 years in corporate management, Pam embarked on a second career in leadership volunteer positions in Asia and the United States. As President of the American Women’s Association of Hong Kong, an 1800-member organization, Pam worked extensively with executive members of Hong Kong’s American Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Consulate and local business leaders. Her international experience in management has made her sensitive to the different ways in which companies and individuals perform in various cultures, and how best to motivate them. Most recently, Pam worked for prestigious executive education program where she coordinated networking events with C-Suite senior executives from numerous countries and disciplines and served as an executive mentor to junior team members.

Pam’s skill is interacting with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures to instill trust and acceptance. Her understanding of people and what motivates them has been a hallmark of her career.
